A family recipe, shared across California — one warm baguette and one steaming bowl at a time.
Huong Lan began with a simple belief: that great Vietnamese food starts with great ingredients and the patience to do things right. A baguette baked fresh that morning. Pâté and meats made by hand. Herbs picked bright and pickles cut crisp. Years later, that same care still goes into everything we serve.
Nothing sits. Our baguettes come out of the oven throughout the day, so your bánh mì is always warm and shatter-crisp. Our phở broth simmers low and slow from early morning — charred ginger and onion, toasted spices, hours of patience — until it's deep, clear, and comforting. We'd rather take the time than cut the corner.
Every dish on our menu traces back to a Vietnamese kitchen — recipes passed down, tasted, and tuned over generations. From our southern-style sandwiches to bowls of phở, hủ tiếu, and bún, we cook the food we grew up with, the way our families made it. The pearl drinks and fresh juices are our little nod to the bright, sweet side of Vietnamese street food, too.
What started as one neighborhood spot has grown to three across Fresno — each a gathering place where students grab lunch, families share a table, and regulars hardly need to order anymore. We're grateful to be part of this city's everyday, and we'll keep showing up with fresh bread, hot broth, and a friendly welcome for as long as you'll have us.

Authentic Vietnamese dishes, passed down and made with care.
Three neighborhood spots, and a warm welcome at every table.
